Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much of my wedding budget should be spent on flowers?

I include a guide to wedding flower pricing on the website as an indication of what you may expect to spend. However, as a general rule it tends to be around 10% of your wedding budget. Bear in mind, Items such as floral installations will take up a larger proportion of this.

  • Why do you ask for our wedding flower budget on your enquiry form?

We do ask that you fill out the budget brackets on our enquiry form, this is  so that we can ensure that what is on your 'wish list' can be achieved within your stated budget. If for any reason, this can not be done, we will where possible try to work with you and see if we can offer alternatives to keep within the specified bracket. If you have a specific budget in mind, and are happy to disclose this, please add this in the message box.

  • Can I pay for my wedding flowers in instalments?

Yes of course. We ask for an initial deposit of 20% to get things going. Thereafter, a further 40% will be requested 6 months prior to your wedding date, with a final instalment of 40% required 2 months before the wedding date. If you are not quite ready to get things moving but want the security of having us booked for your wedding, a non-refundable 'secure the date' deposit of £50 is required.

  • I would like to discuss my wedding flowers with you, what do I need to do next?

Thats great! Initially, you will need to fill out the enquiry form on the contact page. Here you can include a short message about your requirements.

Once I have received this, I will contact you to arrange an initial consultation to have an informal chat. This can be done via a vitual call or in person. During this consultation, I will ask you more about what is potentially on your 'wish list' and also your budget, this is needed to make sure I can advise and recommend without exceeding your budget. After the consultation, and if you are happy to proceed, I will get together a quotation based on the consultation.
